Grilled Burger with Kona Brewski Bomb Seasoning: A Perfect Summer Meal

Here's a summer meal worth firing up the grill for: the Grilled Burger with Kona Brewski Bomb Seasoning. It's bold and a little spicy, and it makes a great centerpiece for a backyard barbecue.

You'll need a handful of ingredients: ground beef, Kona Brewski Bomb seasoning, brioche buns, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Mix the ground beef with the seasoning, shape into patties, and get them on the grill. In the last minute of cooking, lay a slice of cheddar on each one to melt. Serve on a toasted brioche bun with mayo and ketchup.

The seasoning is what makes this burger. It's a blend of spices, garlic, and onion that gives the beef a bold, savory kick. If you want a little more heat, try the Spicy Mayo Sauce below. It comes together in a couple of minutes from mayo, Kona Brewski Bomb seasoning, Sriracha, honey, lime juice, and salt.

Fire up the grill and give it a try. Happy cooking.
