Three years later the brush is still going great, with no bristle issues. I even began to occasionally use it on my cast iron grill pan as it cleans better than a scotchbrite sponge for stubborn stuff.Original Review Below...The Craycort cast iron grate on my 18.5 Weber has not been easy to clean with the typical inexpensive grill brush. So when I saw the Kona, I figured I'd give it a try.For over a year this Kona has done the job. It has easily gotten into all the hard to reach places, like the outer ring, and beveled ends of the grate ribs.Because of the cast iron, I don't do the "steam clean" like some people do. I do a regular high temp brushing, then wash the brush with a little Dawn and hot water and it still looks like new.I didn't want to spend the extra money on a grill brush, but I'm happy that I did.
So I have had this grill brush for a year now and it was up to every test I could think of and it passed all of them with flying colors! But there was one test out didn't quite stand up to....my stupidity... little did i realize tonight was the night I was going to make this grill brush lose half of its self to the fiery hell that was my grills preheat. My hats off to this amazing brush because the metal didnt warp but the plastic handle couldn't withstand Lucifer's warming touch. I am going to do my best macgyver move to get this amazing brush working again. Might bust out the welder or make a wood handle for it. Theres only 1 thing for sure right now and it's that I mortally wounded the brush that was going to outlast both of my grills, my smoker and probably my car for that mater.
Very Good grill brush. Get the grill hot, dip brush in water then brush grill. Repeat until you do entire grill. Mine came out looking good.While brush is great, bristles worn-down,(see photo), tried to get replacement under 5yr warranty. 1st told to send picture, which I did. Then told to return item. Item is 17" long. Don't have envelope or box that fir. To go find and purchase packaging, then pay postage, not worth time and cost to replace under warranty for a $15. item. Earlier to buy a new one which is probably why that is a requirement. Too much trouble to get replacement under their warranty
My old grill brush had pretty well seen better days. I use our grill a lot and decided to search for a new brush that worked as well as my old one. Turns out, the Kona 360 is just that - works just as well and perhaps a tad better than my last brush.Pros: Nice weight, sturdy scrapers and it gets into the grooves of my grill pretty well. Does a good job of clearing off burned on crud.Cons: I should say 'con' singular. It didn't have a hanger hook on the end. It came with a tie loop on the end and I needed a hook so that it would easily hang on the rod on my grill like my old one did. SOOOO - I just got a hook from my junk drawer and screwed it into the end of the handle and WHA LA! PROBLEM SOLVED. I'm almost 70 years old and have been grilling for at least 50 years. I wish I had this brush years ago. The ergonomics and overall design allow this brush to clean grill grates with little exertion and excellent efficiency. I will buy another just to have.

This is a great tool for cleaning your grill/smoker grates. It seems well-made and is a generous size. Best advise I can give is to dip the brush in water multiple times and use on your grates immediately after cooking, while it's still hot. It steams up and cleans super fast and easy that way.
I have a number of Kona products and this is my new favorite. It fits rights between the grates and gets the grime that collects when a I just clen over the top for a quick job. Perfect tool for the job. Thanks Kona!!P.S. Your Kona Safe/Clean Grill Cleaner Spray is also super.

This is my second Kona 360 brush. Liked it so much that when it finally wore out after a few years, I replaced it with the same model. This brush is designed so you can get good pressure onto the the grill surface for maximum cleaning. It is a wide brush so you can clean the grill grate quickly versus thinner models. Like any wire brush, you should wipe down the grill surface after using to ensure that any dislodged metal bristles are wiped away and don't end up in your food. Great brush!
In my 50 years of outdoor grilling, this is my far the best grill brush I have ever used.
