We've been using this Ice Pack while traveling during the summer, it holds very well for hours because it is thick. Which means, yes, it will take some space in your freezer.Anyway: hope it won't start leaking as some people mention, so far so good for us
I read some of the reviews about this product leaking, but decided to purchase it anyways. The 1st thing I did after filling it, was shake it to mix it, but also shake it to see if it would leak. Sure enough it was leaking, but I figured out very quickly why. Edge of the opening is unfinished and is very raw looking. I fixed the issue simply by taking a razor blade to the unfinished edge. Afterwards, I tightened the cap as tight as I could get it, shook it again and it was fine. It is now in the freezer waiting to freeze.
These arrived promptly and have worked great the 2 times that I have used them so far!

These are heavy duty ice packs! The spout opening is small but they come with a paper funnel which works OK for pouring in the water. The blue powder stuff mixed well with moderate shaking (just until my arms got tired). I like the opening in the middle; it makes it easy to grab these out of the deep freezer.I also bought the huge, flat style of these ice packs. I use all 4 in my average size chest style cooler when I'm making grocery store runs in the summer. I can fit 3 gallons of milk and other cold items and these 4 ice packs in there just fine. I am good with spatial dimensions and when I'm done packing up the cooler, everything is set just right and snug.I like this brand of ice packs so well, I may buy more and gift them to family for Christmas!
These work well with my Klein Mod Box cooler! Keeps everything cold for a very long time. Can load in the cooler before lunch time on a Saturday and blocks are still very cold Sunday afternoon. Klein cooler is a great cooler too!

THESE ARE AMAZING! They stay frozen for over 24 hours even in a lunch box that is in a hot car. They are wonderful for the price and super durable. I have already boughten more. They do not leak and haven't had any bubbling or cracks after years of using them almost daily. They are so easy to use and they keep your food cold for long periods of time. Worth every single penny!

Love these ice packs! They are easy to handle and big enough for coolers. I like the fact they don’t expand out or bulge out in some area. The ridged lines design helps the pack not to move around or slide. It also has a removable cap and Pre install blue mix. All I needed to do is fill with water. Only downside is fall is price is a bit high.
These were great size ice blocks. Arrive unmade but easy to follow instructions soon had them filled and I. Freezer. Great size. Would buy again/recommend.

This is a well built ice pack in a very handy 2 lbs size.Customer service at Kona is the best.My cap didn’t “click” as mentioned in the instructions but it seems to be functioning well and is not leaking.

Aside from the fact that I had to fill them and mix the gel inside, they work really well. They stay cold for a couple of days.
I like this, it’s been doing really good staying cold in 95 plus weather, all my drinks are cold ,No more buying ice!!But has to be frozen daily.
