Variant

Kona Supreme Blend wood pellets are a bold hardwood blend built for red meat and long, low-and-slow cooks. Stronger and deeper than the Premium Blend, without going all the way to straight mesquite.

Flavor profile

Rich and savory, leaning into a fuller-bodied smoke. This is the blend for cooks who want their barbecue to taste serious.

Best for

Beef, brisket, ribs, and pork shoulder. Big cuts that spend hours in the smoke and can carry a bolder flavor.

Why the wood matters

Real hardwoods, chosen to layer a deep, balanced smoke, with no fillers or flavor oils standing in for the real thing. Clean wood is what lets a bold blend stay rich instead of turning acrid over a long cook.

How to use it

In the Ninja Woodfire, one scoop, about 1/3 to 1/2 cup, runs roughly 30 to 90 minutes depending on temperature. Works in a smoker tube or over charcoal too. Not designed for hopper-fed pellet grills like Traeger.

The details

100% hardwood blend, food grade, no fillers or additives
Resealable 2 lb, 8 lb, and 16 lb bags (about 80 cooks per 8 lb)
Clean-burning, low ash, low moisture
Compatible with the Ninja Woodfire and most smokers and smoker tubes

Common questions

What's the best Kona blend for brisket? The Supreme Blend, or the dedicated Brisket blend if you want it tuned to that one cut.

Is Supreme stronger than the Premium Blend? Yes, it's the bolder, red-meat-focused option of the two.

Great price

I use these for my ninja outdoor oven. Flavor is not overwhelming and the price was much less than the store.

Good pellets for Ninja Woodfire Pro

I purchased a variety pack of Kona Wood chips that included Supreme Blend/Cherry/Apple/Mesquite for my Ninja Woodfire Pro. I have used the Supreme Blend the most by far.I was getting low on the Supreme Blend and decided to get a larger bag. Kona pellets work perfectly for my grill and provide a great smoke flavor. If you're interested in the Variety Pack, I tend to use Cherry for fish and Apple for pork. I'm not a big mesquite fan so I haven't tried that yet. All work great and I would recommend them.

Quality product

Company goes all out to make a quality product and care about their cstomers.

Great for smoking

Good amount of smoke. Burns evenly.

Smoker pellets

These smoker pellets fit well in my Ninja Woodfire grill. I’ve tried other pellets and I keep coming back to Kona

Good taste

Loved the taste.

Good pellets

Works as designed

Great quality pellets for any smoker!

If you like to add flavor to your smoker, these Kona Supreme pellets are for you! Easy to handle and provides a lot of flavor to when you are smoking your favorite meat.

Great Product

Does a great job with smoking meats. No artificial fillers. Would definitely buy again

Works great

I use these for my ninja wood fire smoker. Works great.

Jury’s out

Haven’t used probably good but a little discouraged when they came in a plain black ziplock bag with a b/w printed label. Have to wander if these are authentic or repackaged pellets from a cheaper brand with a zerox copied label. Definitely not what was pictured and advertised.

Mild Flavor

I bought these pellets for my Ninja Woodfire Smoker and they were very good adding light flavoring
