Grill Tray + Custom Fit Grill Mat

The Grill Tray is roughly 15 1/2" (Measuring between the handles) by 11 1/2". The actual grilling area is 14"x 11 1/2" and the Grill Mat is slightly smaller to fit neatly inside of the tray. The Tray is made of heavy duty premium 1.3mm steel and it feels solid and durable.In testing this product, I decided to cook some steaks and grill vegetables and see how it performed. The product worked as described. The tray itself is porcelain enameled coating which makes it quite non-stick. Not entirely but pretty good. The tray has a sort of weaved grid pattern which I suggest using to sear your meats quickly to give them some character and color. But you can really get the added value of a nice flat tray surface by adding the mat. The tray keeps the mat edges flat as opposed to if you were to use a mat directly on the grill .. the ends tend to droop down where it is not supported by the grill. The mat worked perfectly and after I was done and it cooled down (As seen in pic) I washed it and wiped it down in a couple minutes with warm soapy water. It looks almost as good as when I pulled it out of the box (As seen in last pic).This product comes with a 10-Year Guarantee.All in all, this product works !!! It grilled vegetables and seared my steaks to perfection with very little mess to clean up. I plan to use this all the time from now on. Just plain awesome to use and clean. I've used grill mats before but the tray is what makes this all work. So simple yet so effective.

This grill mat is exactly what I was looking for! It's great for cooking smaller items on the grill - or bigger ones, too.I've been using it a lot this summer and it has held up nicely and is very easy to clean and take care of.The build quality feels strong and even after quite a bit of use, it doesn't show much in terms of wear.To my surprise, nothing I put on here has stuck to it - not even melted cheese. Again, very easy to clean - which is a huge plus for me.In my opinion, I think everyone that cooks on a grill needs one of these. I don't use it every single time I cook on the grill, however, it has so many different uses and makes cooking all kinds of food on the grill possible.

So far only used it to cook fish on my Smoker. Worked great, was easy to clean & the heat distribution seemed good. Will check it next time with a laser thermometer. Will update the review after a few more uses and give a better review.

We use this mainly for veggies on the grill (we are not big meat eaters), and the occasional tuna steak. It cleans up nice, heats nice - I like that it's long enough that you can have a single layer of food cooking. It makes it SUPER easy to remove veggies without them falling through the grates. We had a grill "wok" for veggies before was super challenging to use and went in the trash shortly after we got this one.

Even in the fall and winter, we love our gas grill. We cook all sorts of items on the grill including vegetables. This Kona grill pan and grill mat are a great addition for barbecuing. Our cold grill pan looked just terrible and was very hard to clean. This Kona grill pan has been very easy to clean so far.The steel heats up very quickly and evenly; this makes for a great cooking surface for things that do not cook as evenly on the grill itself. It provides a nice large (12" x 16"), non-stick, cooking surfaceWe have grilled a few steaks and hamburgers on this (though we usually prefer to grill those directly the grill surface and they came out quite nicely. The meat does not stick to the surface of the grill pan like it did on our old grill.I recommend using wooden or silicone utensils rather than metal utensils on the grill pan to reduce the chance of scratching it.

I am a novice griller so I need accessories that will be forgiving. The combination of the pan with even heating, a large surface, and raised sides. made my vegies and burgers turn out like Dad's!The pan is heavy enough to do the job but light enough to easily handle. Using the mat made cleaning up a breeze, already for the next meal.This has increased my grill menu items and the quality is awesome! Made me more confident on the grill, works great, nice weight, easy peasy cleanup. This is a recommendation!

These mats are the best gift to receive. They make grilling so much better. Chicken has never cooked better than on Kona mats. There is absolutely NO sticking to the grill and tearing of the meat along with a terrific browning of the skin. Everything I have cooked from vegetables, hamburgers or chicken has been greatly improved by these mats. I have purchased more only so I can dedicate them to fish,meat or veggies.

I bought this as a "Father's Day Gift" for my husband, but I enjoy using it at least as much as he does! This makes clean up after grilling a breeze & provides even heat for various meats and veggies. I do usually spray Olive oil on it before adding meat. I would recommend this for your grill!

Just got it so can’t speak to durability. But it worked well on our dilapidated gas grill so we were thrilled. Cleans up well too. Will try to come back and review after using for a while.
