The ice packs have a nylon exterior on one size and a fabric exterior on the other side. The nylon side feels much colder than the fabric side, so selecting which size to use will depend on the level of coldness desired. The ice packs seem to be durable and good quality, so I believe they will last a while. I really like these ice packs and they will come in handy the next time someone experiences some pain that a cold ice pack can help remediate.

I love that these ice wraps are so large. They freeze quickly. It covers my entire knee from front to back. I like the fact that these are covered with a nice fabric so it doesn’t freezer burn your skin. These wraps are a high quality product. I think it’s also a good value since you get two in one box.

I've tried many icepacks. Almost all of them open up after a little pressure needed during use of a month or more. There was another ice pack that was very good but they didn't brand their pack, so I'm not sure how to order that one. Thank God I finally found this one! This is the ONE BRAND with high quality construction (seams) that continues to stay intact for months on end.

These are great. They're huge and stay cold for a long time. They're still flexible out of the freezer as well.

The packs work great and are easy to maintain. Great buy for the money. And they work great on sore muscles and aches.

Bought this for my after knee replacement. Hosp gave me the ice cold water circulation unit. But this one is easier to use. Lasts a long time for therapy. Good size. Just not sure if it can be microwaved due to copper infusion.

These ice packs are a great size. They cover a large area like your back and shoulders or can easily wrap around your knee, arm, wrist, etc. They stay flexible when frozen, are long lasting coldness, and are very effective with pain relief. I'm not sure if I see any benefits with having the copper in them but I guess it's not hurting anything either. These are excellent quality ice packs. I'm very pleased with them and most definitely recommend them.

I used on my knee when it was swelling and it covered the whole thing nicely. I used the velvet side and it felt great.

These are the biggest ice packs that we have in our household now and they’re super helpful. They’re perfect for larger areas like your back and are flexible to wrap around arms and legs etc. I like how they have 2 different fabric sides to them. They’re not too stiff when they’re frozen and hold the temperature well. I am very happy with these!

Very heavy duty ice packs

I placed both of these ice packs in the freezer of my mini-fridge and pulled them out when I needed them. I do suggest to still use a fabric item (I used an old baby muslin swaddle blanket) as they are very cold if placed directly on skin.I used mine for a few hours and they maintained their cool/cold treatment the entire time.These are definitely worth it if you find yourself needing ice packs for any pain treatments often. Perfect size for knees, ankles, backs, shoulders, etc.

These are best for the back when you are sleeping on your stomach. The added weight gives a good massaging feeling. Due to the weight you need to be careful how you position them since they will roll away.I did not see a big difference in the copper infusion which was not obvious but is probably making it heavier. On the safety side, do not microwave this product and is intended for the freezer only. This is possibly due to metal. I wish they had it marked on the bag "Do Not Microwave". I have not tried it but there is no warning anywhere with this caution.

Kept it’s temperature for a decent amount of time considering you should really only ice for a max of 20 mins. One star off because they smell awful at first. Air them out before putting in your freezer.

One side is covered by a cloth material, but these form condensation so I use them with a king sized pillow case wrapped around anyway. You will end up damp otherwise. I am laying on one as I write this and it's super helpful and very cold. It stays cold longer than the cheap light weight types for sure. I'm not sure what copper ions are about and it's probably another gimmick, but I am satisfied with the quality, size, and cooling time on this. It's great and currently an amazing value.
