Good brushes but a bit too soft.

This review is for the Kona Silicone Basting Brushes for Cooking, Set of 2. The brushes are stainless steel, fingerprint proof, and nicely weighted, and feel ergonomic as I hold them. I melted some butter and tested out the basting brushes to butter up some fresh biscuits from the oven. The Silicone Basting Brushes worked very well, absorbed, and released the butter evenly and thoroughly on the biscuits. The Basting Brushes can also be used on the BBQ and they are heat resistant up to 480 degrees, which is a plus. Overall, I like the Silicone Basting Brushes, they performed well.
Bought a number of Kona ice packs that work great for our new Ninja ice chest. No more puddles of ice water These were included. They look great and best of all they are easy to clean. No lingering odors as with more organic bristles.
They work great and look great hanging in the kitchen!
