- 4 lbs. of boneless pork shoulder
- 4 tbsp. yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp. of your Kona’s Beer Infused Sticky Fingers Rib Rub
- 1 tsp. of salt

- 1 tsp. of onion powder
- 1 tsp. of paprika
- 1 tsp. of chili powder
- 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
